Spring is finally here!

Spring is finally here and many home buyers will be headed up the mountain to find his or her perfect mountain getaway!  It won't be long until temperatures in the Valley and Old Pueblo reach 100 degrees...While Sunrise will see its last week open, some of the private golf courses will be opening within the next few weeks (limited service).  I look forward to a great beginning of the 2011 summer selling season!
